- All inspections and reports issued by Ahead Inspection Inc. are governed by
the Standards of Practice of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, or NACHI. Our inspection and report will meet or exceed these standards. The current Standards of Practice can be viewed on the NACHI web site.
- I will discuss my preliminary findings with you at the conclusion of your
inspection. Your detailed, but easy to read, narrative report including photographs will be available to you within 24 hours of the end of the inspection.
- Some inspection companies rely on office staff to prepare the inspection
report. While this may result in you receiving your report a little more quickly, you should realize that the report is being written by someone who has never actually seen the home. Here at Ahead Inspection, Inc., the professional who performed the inspection does the actual report writing, thus eliminating the possibility of omissions due to incomplete inspectors notes.
- Your inspection report will not only point out areas of concern, but will also
provide maintenance tips and suggest improvements that will make your property more comfortable, efficient and valuable.
