Ahead Inspection Inc. utilizes technically advanced software to produce
computer generated inspection reports. When your report is complete I post it
to a secure web site. I then send you an email that contains a unique Client
Name and Password that will allow you to access the report. Once you have
accessed the report you can read it on-line, print it out, or copy the report to
your own computer.

For those clients without computer or Internet access I can arrange to mail or
fax a hard copy of the report, or send the web page link to a friend, relative,
attorney, your Realtor, or anyone else you care to authorize.

You will actually be receiving two separate reports. One is a narrative report
that discusses the inspection findings in great detail, and includes general
information, observations and improvement recommendations, as well as
photos of areas of concern. The other report is a summary report that includes
only a brief listing of the items that require repair, monitoring or evaluation by a
specialist.
